Construction elements of prefabricated houses

The foundation system will depend on the characteristics of the terrain (topography), for this reason it cannot be defined exactly until the geotechnical study and the corresponding calculation of the project have been carried out.

The standard promotion system consists of:

• Subbase de grava.
• Formigó de neteja HL-150. Aïllament tèrmic de poliestirè extruït, en compliment amb la normativa CTE: Plàstic Polietilè de baixa densitat (LDPE) + Bombolles d’aire sec Làmina d’Alumini pur amb tractament anticorrossió + Planxa de Poliestirè Expandit d. 20 Kg/m³. Resistència Tèrmica R = 1,79 m² K/W Transmissió Tèrmica U = 0,27 W/m²K (*)
• Solera ventilada DALIFORMA®. Elements prefabricats de polipropilè reciclat que s’acoblen entre si de forma ràpida i senzilla, formant un encofrat continu amb els seus propis suports.
• Instal·lació de Sanejament Horitzontal (segons projecte). Instal·lació completa de xarxa de sanejament horitzontal, arquetes, col·lectors, etc., segons projecte, i conforme a CTE.
