WATER

• Plumbing: Complete plumbing installation, according to CTE_HS4 health.
  Polybutylene pipes, made with pressed and metal parts, in cold and hot water installations, with special multilayer parts, installed and working, for each bathroom, with two cutting keys, of chromed brass, fitted by threaded connection, fully equipped installed, working according to current standard, even with PVC corrugated pipe protection.
• Sanitation: PVC pipes, elbows and derivations. Complete installation, according to project.
• Domestic hot water: Installation of domestic hot water with a heat pump - aerothermia - Model BC ACS BAXI®
  Wall-mounted thermodynamic storage water heater.
  With a COP of up to 2.7, this range makes it possible to achieve very significant savings compared to other sanitary hot water generation equipment. With its included electric resistance of 1.2kW, the equipment is able to heat the water in the accumulator more quickly and even reach up to 70ºC for the anti-legionella treatment.
  This equipment can heat water up to 60º C.
  The accumulator is made of vitrified steel, and incorporates a magnesium anode, which prevents its corrosion. .

ELECTRICITY

• Complete electrical installation according to REBT. The electrical installation will be done according to the project plans, and according to current regulations (REBT). The customer will review the location of all switches and plugs, and may modify the initial configuration, if applicable.
  
• Electrical mechanisms. The electrical installation will be done according to the project plans, and according to current regulations (REBT). The customer will review the location of all switches and plugs, and may modify the initial configuration, if applicable. The mechanisms detailed in the quantified installation plans for a medium / high electrification home will be installed.
  
• Lighting: Lighting in the kitchen and bathrooms is included, using downlight equipment and LED bull's eyes

TELEPHONE

• Telephone and TV socket installation in the living room, kitchen and master bedroom.
• Intercom with remote opening (1 unit)

AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING

• Air conditioning equipment according to the line of finishes chosen.
  A cold/heat power air conditioning unit will be installed as required by the project, with inverter technology, and class A energy classification, preferably in the living room.
  The customer can choose, if he wishes, among other air conditioning systems that will be sized and budgeted according to the project and the needs of the home.
