The growing demand for data processing requires infrastructures that combine unprecedented deployment speed with absolute technical reliability. In this scenario, our proposal is based on the manufacture of high-performance technical modules built with Light Steel Frame (LSF), a cold-formed steel system that allows for the integration of structural lightness and extraordinary strength. This industrialized approach transforms data center construction into a precision assembly process, eliminating the uncertainties inherent in traditional on-site construction.
Our engineering is based on the logistical efficiency of the 40" High Cube standard, optimizing dimensions for global transport. However, the versatility of the LSF system allows for absolute dimensional flexibility, adapting each module to the specific requirements of the client's IT infrastructure, climate control units, or uninterruptible power supply systems. For the enclosure, although the design accommodates multiple architectural finishes, we opt for the integration of high-density sandwich panels. This component guarantees not only airtightness but also superior thermal and acoustic insulation, a critical factor for optimizing PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) and ensuring the climate stability of the servers.
The superiority of our system lies in production in a controlled environment, where each phase of assembly undergoes rigorous quality controls that would be impossible to replicate on-site. Once manufacturing is complete, the modules are transported to their final location with all the necessary technical pre-installations already integrated. On-site, the process is drastically simplified: our team of specialists leads the logistics of lifting, positioning, and micrometric leveling on the foundation, ensuring a perfect connection between modules. This execution method minimizes impact on the terrain and reduces workplace risks, guaranteeing immediate and safe commissioning.
This methodology not only accelerates the return on investment by reducing time-to-market by 50%, but also offers distinct technical benefits:
