FUNCTION AND DESIGN OF THE PREFABRICATED HOUSE
Detached house on two levels, with pool.
It is a house where the purity of the lines and volumes of the building is sought, with light and clean colors, in contrast with the texture and dark color of the volcanic stone of the Canary Islands.
The house alternates large closed surfaces, with large windows and flown elements and porches. A clean, pure, current, simple and minimalist design.
ORGANIZATION OF SPACES
The house is structured with a space on the ground floor where most of the rooms that make up the day area are located, and with a concrete staircase as a central decorative element that communicates with the upper space, where we find the rooms or bedrooms of the night area.

The house has some additional specific elements. It can be customized according to the client's needs.
